I believe I see the problem. It seems the URL for your profile is pointing to an older one that no longer exist. Did you perhaps change your profile picture anytime recently? If so, just remove the Video Creator as well as the "quick suggestion" in the input menu, and try adding it again. I've attached a video to show what I mean.

To better explain, the image URL is cached when you first add your Video Creator, so if it's ever changed on YouTube then you'll have to delete it on Click Piot and add it again to get the newest version. I apologize for the inconvenience.
